Somatic Experiencing (SE) for Trauma Resolution: An innovative approach to the resolution and healing from trauma. SE focuses on the clients perceived awareness of body sensations (somatic experiences) to help 'renegotiate' and complete unresolved physical and emotional symptoms associated with trauma.
Therapeutic Massage: A massage as individual as the person. Each massage is tailored to the specific needs of the client and may include one or more of the following modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Acupressure, Cranial Sacral Therapy.
